Just wanted to share an update for this post in case someone else goes through the same problems with CIC Mississauga that we did. Following this post we re-submitted our documents to the CIC via e-mail and post. We never heard back from them after sending the documents so started to follow-up...

It is reassuring to know that I am not alone in this, just still very frustrating. I will put another call in and an e-mail before re-submitting. The last thing I want is more conflicting information to appear further along down the line. Thanks for everyones comments.

Nothing was left blank and we either put N/A or none if not applicable. I honestly can't remember what we used to attach - can it make that big of a difference though?? Surely if they dropped the pages they would realise that this was their mistake and not ours? Not sure if I should just suck...
