    From what PMM says, it looks like you do "landing" first by border crossing and send your COPR to your wife and ask her to come to Canada and do the landing. right PMM ???

    I am not sure why is our PPR getting delayed, I see that some applicants who paid RPRF by end of January have already received PPR and have landed. This is certainly worrying for me..... :'(
