So in the letter they ask to submit the passport? If passport needs to be submitted will this be in CANADA? as my parents are in CANADA on super visa.

Guys my parents application was received on Jan 16 2014. I haven't received medical nor pcc request yet. Is any of guys got medical or pcc if your application received on or after Jan 16 2014. As so many of guys parents received medicals. Now I getting worried regarding my parents application...

No thats a file no. UCI no. is in front of a PR card as ID NO. - XXXX-XXXX

Finally I can access the application online too. :D I can check the status with the application no. + parents info and also with UCI No. + my info.

In this case you have solid proof. Did you have proof when you send the application 1st time credit card expiration was correct.

Only if they keep the record that you have submitted the file earlier on, normally in these cases CIC dont keep the record. Plus how you are going to prove that 1st time when you send the application credit card exp date was fine. Just keep your finger cross and hope they do keep the record...

I wish CIC can process 1st stage this year, as if anybody gets rejected in the 1st stage they can re-apply next year instead of waiting for 2-3 years

Ya I know. But the Rep said everything complete and ok. He also said he is reading the notes on file. So lets see now. Long 3 months wait now for the conformation . ???

Send Application on Jan. 14, 2014 through Canada Post CIC Received on Jan. 15 CC charged on Jan. 28 Just called CIC they confirmed that my Application was complete and made the 5000 cut thats the reason my cc got charged ;D but to get the conformation I have to wait for 3 to 4 months. :-[
