NOC 2134 is cap reached today. CIC recieved my application last Jan29. I think I didn't make it. My hopes are down now. :(

I've just checked my payment form, i have filled both the "name of principal applicant" and "name of payer" with my name (the principal applicant) and i also wrote my address. Could this be a problem? Thank you!

I, as a principal applicant pay using demand draft, however in the form, I also write my name in the "name of payer" section and my address. Will it be a problem? I hope my application will not be returned due to this. :(
