I got my medical done on May 12th, but the ecas still shows 'application received'. It has beed already more than a month since i got my medical exam. For other people, usially the status is updated 'med received' with a month after getting med done. T.T How come it takes so long for me?!?!

The imm 1017 form is issued for each family member? Or only issued for the principal applicant ? I am the principal applicant and i have one child (non accompanying).

I applied for PNP and just got med request. Now I am working in canada BUT my family members are still in Korea. They are not accompanying with me but still want to go for the medical exam. When my family goes to the med exam, they need the bring the IMM1017E which only my information filled in...

I wish I can wait. I will try 'Affidavit of Separation' first and I hope the separation agreement works as well. And both of document will be notarized before I send them.

Thanks for replying. But if my spouse doesn't want to provide any details about him and he is not going to sign any immigration papers. I don't want to include him in my application either. Is there anyway to explain this situation to CIC??
