the original cant be notarized..hence the photocopy is notarized and named as "certified true copy"...I was told that it should be accepted for authentication and legalization

hi, I did mine last November (2013)..it took 8 full weeks for me, as my previous passport was issued in India...I guess they deliver fast if your current passport was issued in Vancouver..
