I'm wondering if the Richmond library (link below) is enough for the test? The real test will be easier or harder than yourlibrary test?

I guess call CIC is the fastest way , then eCase and last one letter. there is a delay for CIC website to be uploaded while CIC call centre is connected to the updated system.
