    iN THE Visa Office checklist it is mentioned that pay the processing fees. but processing fees we already have paid.

    Do countries visited (Visit Visa) for more than 6 months should be listed?

    Yes you do have to list it...and you can apply police clearance cert. to FBI. as mentioned in every countries PCC procedure.
