I am just coming back from the post office. The lady in their office said I can send to either PO or courier, but they prefer PO and even pick it up faster. She even recommended not to use the priority service which delivers in one day. So, I ended up sending to PO Box address. Thanks though,

Thanks for your reply. But I thought xpresspost is considered as courier. Cause with PO box I guess you cannot ask for signature. Right?

I paid my application fee with money order! and already received PER.

About 2nd question, you can send them money order.

If it is sealed, you shouldn't break it. I had my CELPIP results in a sealed envelope. I called them and was told not to open the seal.
