Now, houston we have a problem. On my passport: Name(s): John Kelly III Surname: Smith NO midde name! So on the application, I will have to put on the Name: John Kelly III because officially and technically my middle name became part of my name. Some people have more names. Now suddenly I...

;D sorry I meant middle name! It's not my real name. This is of course just an example to show what I mean :D So, would I still need an affidavit to explain why suddenly my middle name becomes part of my name? ??? All people coming from this country where I am don't use middle names. So no...

    question on name discrepancies

    Bringing documents

Hello. If you are coming as visitor and you have a bunch of important documents with you, just because you don't want to leave it at home for 6 months in your apartment for security reasons, will it be allowed? Will it raise red flags at the immigration? I know resumes are a no-no. I just can't...

    for visa exempt

Is it better to tell upfront that you are really planning to stay for 6 months than just saying 2 weeks? I prefer to tell that I will stay for 6 months because my return ticket will show that I will return in 6 months. If they verify my documents and call my partner, they'll find out it's true...
