I noticed they only updated 2 forms on Dec 31, and both of them don't need parents signature. ( I think they are financial evaluation and checklist). The rest of the form are the same after November 2013. That's why I'm wondering if I can be send the old form.

I printed my form in nov 2013 for my parents to sign when we went to the states. And there's no change on the form after that... Can I just send that form?
