I have similar timeline with you, but I applied as single application. I'm from Surrey as well, and got the same answer when I had called to CIC centre about one month ago.

I don't know when my file was transferred to the local office because the agency said my file is completed, so I didn't bother it. My local office is Surrey.

Hi all, I just called CIC to get my latest update. She said my file is completed and I am on waiting list for the citizenship test. Also, she said nothing to worry about the file now because it is completed 100% gruatantee. Hopefully I will receive the test schedule soon :). Good luck to all...

Hi All, I just called CIC and ask about what document that they need me provide, and how come I have not received any letter yet. The agency said it is normal, usually take 2 weeks for delivery time, and also he said CIC needs my school records ( I guess because I was international student before).

Thank you for all your wishes. I did research in our forum, and somebody said it was police check record document needed. Maybe that was for their case. Btw, I will keep posted when I receive the letter from CIC.

During 4 years period, I travelled 3 times. I went to Vietnam in 2011 for 5 weeks, went to Seattle 1 day, and in 2012, I went to Las Vegas for 3 days. That was it. I checked my mail box today and still nothing. I'm hoping like you guys said that it's not a RQ. Fingers crossing.

I sent my application via regular mail just like you, and it took over 4 months to get update from E-cas.

Hi all, I'm a new member. E-cas just updated my case today. They received my application on October 8, 2013 and send the letter with the book same day. They started processing my case on January 15, 2014. Long way to go :). I hope my info might be helpful for the other members.
