It's because they haven't opened your packages yet. It usually takes them 1-2 weeks to open them once they do you will see the new status.

It shows up as status but I called them today and they still havent genereted a purolator label to send it back. They are very slow.

No my demand draft was for $129 which was what the fee was prior to Jan 1

That would be logical cause they wasted 60$ of purolator costs for 7$ extra on the demand draft had. But they have to be picky lol.

Finally they opened the envelope. They are returning it since the fee was different Pre Jan 1 but mine reached Jan 2 so they expect to have new fees which is lower. At least they didn't lose the passports.

Yah but in the description below under canadian passport it said to send original and they will verify and return so wasn't sure so I just included it.

Still no update. Called BLS again and they opened a ticket for brampton location to respond and update the status. They said it will take 2-3 business days for them to resolve the ticket so lets see.

Ok thanks. I called them today and they just say no updates on their end other than it was delivered by purolator and to wait for few more days.
