Just an update - I just sent an email to CIC asking the question. I will keep you all posted.

I don't think you understood my question. CIC didn't list my son as a dependant in CPR despite me notifying them about his birth and sending them his birth certificate. All I need to know is whether they should list him in the CPR or not.

Hi all, I am planning on paying upfront RPRF. Should I pay $490 per member in the application? For example, I filed the PR application for myself and my wife (wife being dependent). Should I pay $490x2 = $980? Thanks!
