I was wondering if I can apply for Permanent Residence here...I am at Edmonton now..any Idea of the eligibility?? I went through the CIC wesite..It s bloody confusing..kindly help..

I did post graduation from University of Western Ontario. All my friends got 3 years PGWP...I got it issued for 1 year...I tried amending which was rather a waste of time...and now they say I have to reapply...by post...The course at Western is officially 2 years..but all of us completed in 1...
