Hi, CIC says that PCC should be dated 3 months from date of application. Now in your case application date is 11th Aug and so I think PCC is valid and you can go ahead with its submission. Regards, AK

Hello, I was also presicely same situation and i did proceed with medicals based on UCI number. I know two other cases of similar situation and they sucessfully completed medicals. best luck.
