its goin to be an automatic disapproval, for trv the visa officer is looking for strong ties with the native country of the applicant, i suggest you come to her and marry her and apply for family sponsorship, hope this helps

hi mrsalvaro can u add me to the spreadsheet? we have a conjugal application our timeline is this sent to cpcm - june 6, 2013 medical - march 25, 2013 sa - july 22, 2013 ppr - mar 12 sent pp and other reqts - mar 24 had a hard time gathering additional documents and update on our annulment...
