Yesterday my ECAS changed to "Decision Made" with the following note "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." Does anyone know that a decision made had resulted with negative decision?

Inland! I have applied from within Canada/Quebec, and I am currently here with work permit.

I did not pay the RPRF with the application and they requested it in June of 2013. I paid it immediately and they confirmed the receipt of my payment.
