I Couldnt agree with you more,this is more than ridiculous! Applicants who apply within canada with valid study/work permit should not be waiting months to receive their passports! And like you said CPPO website states processing time as 3weeks but to no avail. I really hope you get your...

I don't understand this tho...how will you get back your passport to leave canada and them saying if your application is finalized while abroad you can get the visa sticker from the canadian mission in the country your in :S

yea that sucks big time,i don't understand whats happening with the applications >:( it shouldn't take this long for applications to be processed! this is ridiculous...others who have applied in Nov have gotten back passports and October applicants still waiting!
