i was in the same boat as you. Took the test in november, just when i thought things are coming to an end, my worst nightmare happened and got the RQ today. I am beyond disappointed - being a full time student for four years isn't enough to justify my presence in Canada for CIC officials.

Hello, Just wanted to reach out to any Montreal applicants who took the test on November 1st or around that date, any news on your oath notice? Took the test on November 1st and still haven't heard anything (I'm aware it takes 2-4 months but I've read several posts where it took only 1 month)...

I called CIC and the agent's response was that the file is "still in process" after the test.
