Good news. Vancouver office Blue Book first week of May (was rejected dec2013) Aug 1 received mail to say we can call to book ADR Finally got the date from the consultant for Sept 23 (might have been sooner but it's the earliest the consultant is available) Hope that helps for your "wondering"...

Still no date from the consultant... Can I phone and book myself or does the consultant have to do that ? ?

Took 6months for blue book to arrive and another 2months for the call to book ADR. I was told by two consultants not to call them as you could find yourself at the bottom of the list.

6months after the appeal the bluebook arrived. 2months after that they called for ADR. We made a request for ADR within our appeal cuz this group says ADR would happen quickest.

Ok so now we have an ADR hearing. I have tons of supporting docs etc so that's not the question. How many ADR personnel are usually present. Can I do a video presentation (I have a 2min video so they can see us talking)? How long is the hearing? Suggested attire? Treat it like a court case...

Anyone who's dealing with the Philippine CIC... Could you give some insight and timetable for your ADR or IAD hearing thru to visa. Given the typhoon we're trying to figure out timing.

The notes were so vague you could poke at it and not hit anything. I've scanned the bluebook and sent it to a consultant for advice so we'll see.

I'm in the same boat. I've been told 6months is the processing period and hopefully the hearing too. I've been wondering if the 6months has changed now that the cic strike is over... Anyone hear differently?
