This definitely makes sense. pyzdfr, I think you should just follow the guidelines given in the email. That's being said, sending hard copies along with soft copies would not hurt though.

Hi Saph, We were asked for a couple of documents (along with the medical request, and rprf) as well, but they didn't get logged on their online system upon arrival. Although, I'm not really sure if you can send the requested documents online. We used fedex to make sure they'd get the package.
