UPDATE I got an email from rome because i send my question to them too :P and they said that they want a written declaration there isn't any form. I am sending this just in cause somenone falls in the same situation.

He doesn't need a visa. He will enter as visitor.

As everyone is saying outland is the best way to go and that is what we are finally gonna do. My question is me and my husband will get married December 10 and will be landing in Montreal January 11. When do you think is the best to send out application . Can i do it from the next day we arrive??
