hello! based on my personal experience ECAS change to medical received 3 weeks after I did my medicals, so don't worry if it hasn't change since you did your medicals coz I think it is quite normal. After your done with your medicals and paying your RPRF fee the next step is to wait for passport...

Hi crama! I would guess status will change once the visa officer is done reviewing the results of your medicals. In my case the ECAS didn't change to medicals received until after 3 weeks or so.
