Medical Request Form was in my spam folder, was sent Oct. 15. When I do my labtest and xrays, does it need to be the accredited ones for CIC like the panel physicians? I can't find the phone numbers for these laboratories?

Did u do the upfront medical or did u received a medical request? I haven't received a medical request, only the Biodata and RPRF. I'm thinking that I will let them know after I deliver the baby.
