Well, it's really my grandma. Under protected person's category, for PR. Her medical has been received, but she is 80 years old and has diabetes, and has had heart problems in the past. So we're wondering if she'll pass her medical exam!
Does anybody know what it means to pass the medical exam (taken within Canada) for PR purposes? On what grounds/conditions can one fail a medical exam and not get clearance for landing?
Thanks
Does anybody when the seized documents (passports, ID cards) of refugees who have been granted the protected persons status are returned to them? Is it after a certain time period or is it when they receive their PR card?
Any help is appreciated!
