@lovely1124 Di naman pare-pareho ng time frame ng pag issue ng PPV,depende pa rin sa officer na may hawak ng PP o yung nagpa process nun. In my case,it took 3 weeks before I received my PPV.I received PPR on 10-23-13 and I sent it to the embassy on the same day.My visa was issued on 10-30-13...

In my case, I didn't receive any call from courier.It was just delivered at home.I paid Php 96.00.It's up to you if you gonna give an add'l amount as your love gift to the person.

@ cardinal11 trace mo yung tracking ng courier,malalaman mo kung nakarating sa CEM yung docs :) di naka indicate kung sinong VO ang nagreceive kc yung authorized representative ang nagre receive...hth they don't send email or confirmation of receipt
