I hope so! It's a hassle because I'm applying for my son's child care fee subsidy and they have an issue with my expired PR card. I do have the receipt from paying the renewal fee and they said they'll accept it.

I feel you! Mine was received on June 2nd. No AOR as of yet too but things seem to be moving along based on the info contributed by other members so it's not too bad.

Have you checked online? I think an AOR is a good sign that your application is moving forward. It looks like when you get this, it won't take long until they mail you your new PR card. Also if you received that letter very recently then it's most likely they haven't processed my application...

Does anyone have an idea of what month they're currently processing? My application was received early June.

Here's my timeline: Jun 2nd - sent papers via UPS Jun 3rd - received by CPC Nothing yet! I'm wondering if anyone sent their application the same time as me and if there's any response yet... Although based on previous responses on this thread, it looks like there's a huge, and I mean HUGE...

Hey there I submitted my PR card renewal application by mail on June 2021. I checked for the status of my application online and no information found. Any idea what's going on?

Like it is specified that I have to leave Canada by January 2. Does that actually mean I have to leave then or will I have some sort of allowance?

I am currently on a worker's permit. I want to apply for a tourist visa when my worker's permit ends because i have no plans of renewing my contract further but i do want to spend a few months visiting family and exploring Canada before i head back home. Just wondering if this is possible and...
