I attended my test today after almost 3 years (applied Nov 2012). Things went well at interview (my opinion about it). Most of the people (at least four others I spoke to, all of them) were all applicants from 3 years ago. It was at Glen Erin, Mississauga this morning.

Canciti, "Writ of Mandamus" is a tool for applicants like us to reach out to the courts and request the applications, stuck due to administrative delays, be processed by CIC. Please search for word "Mandamus" in this forum and you will find tons of literature discussing it.

I did not receive any RQ or other requests for information. I ordered ATIP and it says waiting for FOSS clearance, dated 06/22/2013. No action after that. I called customer service and they say I have to wait and they sent a message to the local office.
