Send a letter to NDVO mentioning file number and explaining the reason to return the passports, mention how and when the passports were submitted. If the file is now transferred to CVO, send a letter to CVO also, explaining the situation and that he is awaiting the passports submitted to ndvo...

I am from OPNP and had submitted my passports in Nov last week and have not heard anything back. I understand all the ontario candidated who had submitted passports in November have got DM. Bit concern now :(
