This is not necessarily the case. My most recent update was on Dec. 16 (all completed) and not even a decision made in the old ECAS system. There are others in this state since May and I saw cases stuck since 2019. Check ECAS to see if you have a decision made, I don't think the local office...

You mean ECAS?, I check it too but it's still "in process". Some officer is lazy to update it

Not sure what you mean by login tracker. I use the citizenship tracker and everything was completed on the 16th of December but no change since Could you share a screenshot of where you see DM?

I am a September 16th applicant and was stuck from July (test completion) until everything got updated to completed on the December 16th update and now nothing.

The updates (sometimes called ghost updates) are probably application (as in software application) updates that fixes bugs that cause some applicants not to see their own status update and this is why everyone sees their application updated but only a few see an actual progress and I am one of...
