The appendix A document check list is telling me to "supply four recent photos" of myself.. I was wondering what these were used for? Are these the same photos that will be used for the immigration medical exam or am I going to have to take 4 more photos in separation from this check list...

So the form under Contact Info #2 is asking me what me Residential address is. Would it be my resident address in the country I am a citizen in or would it be the resident address that I'm at in Canada (which is currently the place I'm "living" now)?

So my boyfriend and I have been in a conjugal relationship for over a year. We have only lived together 4 months though. When asked what my Marital Status is.. Do I have to say Common-Law since we are conjugal? Or do I just put Single since we aren't technically Common-Law yet?

Oh and just to add to the situation, no I am not here on any permit. I am here for visiting ONLY. When I crossed the border by car they didn't stamp my passport so I am guessing that I am only able to stay here for 6 months.

I just want to get this all cleared up before I seriously mess up! I came to Canada on June 1st, 2013.... My last and final day is December 1st, 2013 correct?? I absolutely CANNOT stay any longer than that? My boyfriend says that I can stay till January 1st, 2014. But that isn't 6 months...
