I don't think your sin is expiring but your SIN card because when I renewed my SIN the number was exactly the same. I worked on implied status before, never caused me any problems.

Once you get a SIN it stays the same for as long as you are any type of temporary resident, you don't have to change it every time you're getting a new permit.

I've been working for only one company and my payslips are matching with dates and hours mentioned in my ref letter. There should be no confusion about that, I am only concerned If I send one payslip even if it has YTD hours someone might not take it into consideration as a proof.
