Hi all, I have fulfilled 2 years of residency requirement in my PhD program. I applied to PR and got my PER in December 16. The documents were forwarded to visa office in Ottawa. Does it mean that you have passed eligibility requirement(gained sufficient points to qualify)? or they will make an assessment later during processing of your application? Did you also submit 6 month bank history? Thanks- Uzbekistan
