With the new Quebec regulations, it is necessary for an applicant to choose an area of training? For example, if an applicant chooses just a general secondary diploma...they don't have an area of training since they only completed a high school diploma. Thank you! Daniel

...Does this mean that we shouldn't ask them about their area of training? Simply because completed a general secondary diploma -- ultimately means you just completed high-school. When an applicant selects a secondary general diploma, aren't they ultimately not eligible - right away? Thank you!
