    Call CIC number at 1-888-2422-100 (Follow Dial #2 -> Follow Dial #0) to talk with agent for PR landing appointment. And then agent will contact your local office soon. The local office will give you a call within 1-2 hours to have your schedule time.

    Hi, you have to wait the requiring letter sent from CIC. I got that after I done my medical check. After they received my COC of Singapore around one month, they started to processes my case. And you have to wait until you get the letter.

    Hi there, Yes. SPF will send the COC to your own address directly. It took around 10 days. And you have to courier it to CIC as soon as your get it.     Of course. You have to file every documents including required letter from CIC, application form, appeal form, copies of passport, 2 photos, fingerprints and money order to SPF by courier.

    Hi there, I applied the PCC of Singapore from Canada. It usually takes one or one and half months to get it. I replied the email to SPF after I got a file number and document required from them. Unfortunately, they didn't receive my first email at all. That is the reason why my case was delayed...
