Hi , My passport was received at CPP on September 23rd, but no tracker activated?????

I had also sent them fax of my ticket today.. I dont know if thats gonna work... I am really worried coz I really have to got to my back home by them for some traditional ceremony!!

My timeline is as follows: I got the passport request on 16th September as well. CIC received it on 23rd sep. I have booked my ticket to back home on the 19th October, but haven't received passport yet !!! getting nervous!!!
