I have exactly the same question, but have not got a definite answer yet. The only way I can think of is the put "current residential address" as a Canadian address. Otherwise, I do not see how CIC will know whether parents are in Canada or now. But again, I am not sure.

Anyone has any updates of the landing interview in Etobicoke office? I am a bit anxious recently. I got DM on March 10th and based on the timesheet the interview is usually scheduled within 1 month of DM? I have not heard anything from Etobicoke office yet.
