Guys, I've heard this rule has been changed now and now a student can work right from the first day itself, unlike waiting for 6 months. Is it true? My educational consultants (Two from different parts of the city) have told me this latest development.

Hi Folks, I'm planning to take admission in 1 year certificate program, and will go for another 1 year certificate program right before completing the first one. I am not sure if I would be able to get 3 year Post Study Work Permit because the second certificate course might start in September...
