I have a visa exempt passport; I sent mine on the 27th of August to CPP-O and got it back the next week. It was a request for 2 photos , passport and a Eye color document. Since Im visa exempt im thinking they didnt really need to process anything or stamp anything on to the passport. But...

Ive sent 3 emails since I received my passport. All of them have gone unanswered. The staff at CIC really needs to learn to communicate properly with people that apply. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

Nope. The passport came back from Case pilot in Ottawa without any change to it. No letters , nothing were included with the passport either. Kinda left scratching my head to be honest.
