Hi, I landed in Canada in Dec 2014 and came back to india within a week. I got a PR Card with effective date Feb 23 2015. RO will be counted from Dec 2014 or Fe 2015?. I had a Kid in 201. Can I re-enter Canada with my Kid ?. can anyone help me on this?.

Principal Applicant has to land first. Your family can land later before Immigration visa gets expired.
