I thought about that too, as I travel a LOT. However, I know of other frequent fliers that appied for CEC that got processed way faster than me. Maybe it's just because I am ugly... ;D

I am skill A, with a PhD and a permanent and life-lasting job. Yet, my application has started being processed way after people who applied after me. Fact: Processing appears to be completely random and solely depends on which VO is working on your app. Morale: I thinks that patience is key...

Same here: We started processing your application on December 5, 2013 That's two days after I did my medicals. Not sure if these are both related - i.e. Whether they updated after receiving medicals...of if it's random.

Folks, a quick question. Once you are done with the medicals, do you have to inform CIC that the medical process is complete, or we don't have to do anything and wait for news from CIC? In other words, how can we ensure that the results have indeed been sent by the doctor, and received by CIC...

It's all good man. I have been crying for the past 4 months :D This being said, the latest MRs/RPRFs etc...seem to follow the date at which AORs have been received, which suggest they are actually (at least for the January section) working on a "first come - first served" basis... At least...

Good. Timeline please - i.e. date your application was received and ate you received your AOR - this would help us "try" to understand what CIC (also known as the Huge Black Void) is up to these days... Thanks.
