Here in Canada. But i dont think it matters, it seems to be account specific. If your account is messed, youre out of luck whichever computer you use or wherever.

You have to extend your status 30 days before it expires, not last minute. And yes, website does not work for me either since last week.

As far as I know, no. But they can apply for an extension, and if you fulfull the same requirements for a SuperVisa (insurance, etc) they should grant you a 2 year extension though the supervisa program. After that though, probably best to send back home and apply from there.
