say i start staying in canada 4 years after my PR, i mean i just spend 1 year outta 5 yrs.. so i cannot extend my PR right

yup that is what i asked what is that fixed period of time after which PR is revoked.. say i stay for 1 year out of 5 years would my PR be revoked

Hi, I am a june 18 applicant.. i received my PER on 15 Oct.. My NOC is 0711. I have been waiting for 3 months to get my MR etc. but no luck, Visa office NDVO Should i be concern, what can i do in this case. Experts??

SURE you can apply under NOC 0711, since min of 1 year in the job responsibility is required. try to match atlest 60-70% of responsibilities just to be sure. I am a little surprised though. do u hv total 2 yrs exp or 2 yr exp as Construction mgr.
