i want to know my parent have to move before jan 2014 which expiry date they got on their passport or 6 onth strat when they enter in canada

My parents got visitor visa from india to canada for 6 month .they got stamp on their passport issued visa on 2nd august and expire on 30 jan 2014. I want to know thay have to come within these time of period or if they come come in jan 2014 then 6month will be strat. i mean 6month strat from...
