Just a quick update: I received my passport today :)

I received my passport and permanent residency confirmation today (from Ottawa, ON)!!!! YAY :) They received my passport on September 3rd... mailed my passport to me on September 17th.

If she isn't getting out of the airport then no she doesn't need a visa for USA or Europe!

Yes, I sent them a copy of this e-mail along with my passport. They received everything on September 3rd. Now waiting to get my passport back... I don't know how long it will take? ???

you are correct and we already submitted all the reuired docs - but my question was with respect to myself getting a call from CIC Officer in ON and he was asking me questions about my past etc.
