i have the same problem in FATA mean trible region there is no maintance of birth record ,,, so wt shd i do wd it.

U people tell me one thing which is confusing me ,,, i belong to FATA mean tribal area in pakistan ,, there no record of birth is maintained so no birth certificate,, now this is a basic document,, plz guide me wt shd i do in these circumstances
