Noc 1112. The cap is 278 updated on August 12, 2013. Still 22 places are there.

I applied for fsw on July 26, 2013 and they recieved on August 1, 2013. The cap reaches 278 as of today. I am worried because i have not heard anything. Any possible situation ? >:(j
