It takes 18 months for federal process. As there isnt amy draw yet in 2017 , so time for pnp cant be predicted. Hope it helps

It seems the nomination process was swift till mid nov. I have heard many who are waitimg for nomination from dec 2016 onwards Fingerscrossed
