I have good news! I think lol.. My husband received an email yesterday stating that "our application has been processed to the stage where med exams are now required." So he made the a appointment for next week. We didn't receive an AOR from the São Paulo office, which I was kind of nervous...

I got approved as a sponsor today!! ;D so excited!!

Braziliangirl, just so you can add it to the spread sheet, I got an email from CIC on Friday.. Confirming they received my app, and gave me a uci number:) I guess that would be considered my AOR. Thanks!

Soooo we just sent the application today:):).. I think paying was the most stressful part: my husbands visa wouldn't work, there was a 500$ charge for a bank draft, so we ended up using a friends canadian credit card, and it finally worked!! Phewf. The mail place said it would take 4-8 business...
